500 ml of warm water
6 tbsp. EPBAR coconut cream
Add warm (but not boiling hot) water into a blender and add the coconut cream. Blend for 10-15 seconds. Pour it into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. The coconut drink may become flaky, so it should be shaken before each use. It can be used in coffee, soups or other dishes where you would normally use milk or other plant-based drinks.
